Dear Human,

My newsletter, Wandering & Wondering, will offer simple nature-inspired invitations to help you slow down, get curious, practice noticing, and (re)connect with yourself. Every two weeks, on Sunday morning, my email will land in your inbox.

There is no pressure to try everything or to do everything all at once. Instead, I invite you to play with these invitations and have fun making them your own. I would love to know what sparks for you. I look forward to connecting with you human to human.
