I know it’s not always easy in this loud, chaotic world that keeps asking a lot of you. I know it can be hard when the world is demanding you move fast and then faster, expecting you to always keep up.

It is easy to get disconnected from yourself, your life, your work and the people you love. I’m here to tell you, there is nothing wrong with you. You are simply a human being. And you are not alone.

In our modern world, there is so much noise that pulls us away from ourselves and I believe there is also so much that invites us back home to ourselves.

Remembering my love for exploration and spending time with nature help me navigate being human in our modern world. These loving practices help me come home to myself, over and over again.
